why i love summer

I love summer for so many reasons. But, the tan just has to be one of my faves!

                                 look at me!!! aaaaggghhhh. too pale. hahaha, NO FOR REAL.

 i don't know what you think, but i surely think I look much better about 5 shades darker. It makes me feel, oh I don't know....black.

New Post?

I believe I need to put up a new post. It's been almost a month. Well, time definitely flies when you'r having fun. :) But, I promise to do one in the next week.

happy 4th babbyyy.

it's the fourth of july. celebrated by going to my uncles sat.  then with my family all day yesterday, and now about to go to the Miranda's for a little picnic. great weekend:).

All Week Long....

Me + Mazi

All week I have been and will be taking care of her. She is huge! At first she can be a little awkward, but her personality grows on you. It is so funny to watch her and Sterling interact because she is so much taller than him. She can literally walk over top of him and has done it a couple times.

Art from the Heart

A couple weeks ago I got an idea for a canvas to make for when Carli and I move into a different room. I just finally finished it today. It will be a constant reminder of the one who is always there even when we don't feel it. Which is how I've been feeling a lot lately, so this painting is like a small encouragement.

Beat the Heat.... {the fun way}

                Just a few thing we've done and you can do to stay cool in this amazing weather.

1. Run through a sprinkler with your clothes on. If you feel a little crazy doing this as a teenager, grab a younger sibiling. We did it with some younger kids from church after a cookout on Sunday.

2. Wash your parents car. It's a great way to serve them, but have an excuse to go crazy with the hose.

3. Start a random water fight or water ballon fight. Water balloons make it way funner.

4. Put your swimsuit on, grab a sprinkler and put it under your trampoline. We actually did this with Moriah the other, day it was super duper fun!

5. Walk or drive to a local gas staton and get a slushey. we legit do this like every day.

6. Go to a pool, and then call me and invite me! :) I haven't been swimming yet this year. *hint-hint*
